Garrison Briggs is a 25 year old model, DJ, event coordinator, and fashion designer who has made a name for themselves in the Detroit art scene. Growing up in a small town outside of Lansing, they moved to Detroit in 2017 to pursue an education in Communication Studies and Music Technology. Fueled by passion, they received their degree and are currently the Special Projects Manager of an award winning local boutique; However, they didn't stop there. Their success as a DJ, performing under the name GARRISON XR, is also noteworthy, having played every major club and after hours Detroit has to offer, including numerous festivals and international livestreams. Currently, they curate their own parties under the name XOXR, which showcases underground talent. XOXR has grown into Garrison’s passion project and brand, debuting a recent fashion collection that has been shipped all over the country and seen on local Detroiters. In true Pisces nature, Garrison plans to keep pursuing their dreams in art, design, and entertainment, as it is their life force.
