Paul Sculfor

Paul Sculfor is one of the finest exports of the Select Icons and Artists board. Arriving onto the scene in 1992 and referred to as ‘The original male Supermodel’, Paul’s career has since seen him work with the biggest names in Fashion and Hollywood, as well as support and mentor others in his role as judge on hit TV show Britain’s Next Top Model and more recently, establishing his own charitable foundation to help those in need of recovery from addiction. Throughout his career, Paul has maintained the integrity, down to earth charm and wit of his east end London roots- characteristics that guarantee him to light up any room he walks into.

Paul’s first booking was with The Face magazine, followed quickly by a shoot with Banana Republic. The campaign, shot with supermodel Brigit Hall and by Bruce Weber was featured on billboards all over New York’s Times Square and firmly launched Paul’s face into the industry. Campaigns soon followed for everyone from Christian Dior fragrance to Burberry, Ralph Lauren and Versace.

The Levi's 501 `Mermaids` TV Commercial in 1997, shot completely underwater, launched a new kind of TV advertising career for Paul and marked his introduction to the world of acting. Having starred in multiple Hollywood films and UK TV shows since, Paul’s acting career has risen firmly alongside his modelling. However, early on in his career, Paul was given some advice that he’s strived to stand by over the years - ‘In this industry you should always be the first man on set and the last one to leave after the job’s finished’. This passion and dedication for the job means Paul hasn’t always been able to do it all and he cites the success of his career as much to the opportunities he’s turned down as those he’s taken on. Just last year, Paul was offered a leading role in one of the UK’s longest running TV shows, an opportunity he was honored to have been presented with but chose to turn down as the timing wasn’t right for him to take on a commitment that would keep him away from his other projects for so long.

Paul’s colourful past and hi-profile girlfriends have earnt him column inches both here and stateside over the years but these days you’re more likely to see him awake in the early hours attending to his daughter, Sofia, whom he welcomed to the world in 2017 with wife Federica, than you are on the party circuit. Becoming a dad has started a whole new chapter in Paul’s life and learnings and he’s loving the new challenges it brings.

Now a familiar face on the men’s fashion front rows, Paul is also an ambassador for bespoke tailors Clements & Church, bringing his unique style to classic tailoring. Other recent fashion clients include Marks and Spencer, Barbour, The Gentlemans Journal & L’Officiel Hommes. Paul partners frequently with fashion and lifestyle brands on influencer and ambassador projects. A petrolhead and car geek, Paul also prides himself on his encyclopaedic knowledge of all bikes and cars, as well as his ability to race them
