Highly respected in the UK rap scene at the age of just 25, Berna took to rap to honour his brother's death 4 years prior.

Cape Town born, East London raised rapper Berna emerged as a complete artist beyond his acclaimed freestyles in 2016, with the release of his debut project 'PLRK'. Conceptually it juxtaposes Berna's humble beginnings with his present-day success.

This year has seen him release his single 'Straight Outta Newham' with other projects in the making to release over the following course of 2023.

In 2020 he collaborated with UK rapper: Kwengface and in 2021 we saw more collaborations with Jay1 and JB Scofield, along with a debut mixtape of his own. In a profile piece for GQ, Berna discussed his ever-evolving music whilst showcasing Burberry's latest sneaker drop. Berna has continued to release singles over the last few years with great success.
